PAYMENT: Payment is due no later than 5:30 p.m. on the published deadline date. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover; we also offer in-house check drafting.

NO CASH REFUNDS: If you change your mind about running prepaid advertising, we will issue house credit for the unused placement(s).

CONTRACTS: If you decide to cancel your advertising agreement before it expires, you will not qualify for its discount terms, and we will debit your checking account or credit card for the difference between the contract rate and the rate you would have paid for the number of ads actually run. If you advertise dated events or routinely change your ad copy for any reason, you must provide a “generic” ad at the beginning of your contract period so we have an ad to run in the event that you do not get updated copy to us by deadline.

LIABILITY: Liability for errors in ads created by Conscious Choice is limited to the value of the advertisement, and will be disbursed, in house credit, as a percentage (to be determined at our discretion) of the ad’s value.

NOTICE: We reserve the right to refuse to accept advertising.
